Projects & Experiments

Philosophy, to me, is lived, not abstract. These projects are where ideas meet soil, policy, and people. Each explores how systems of care, agriculture, and awareness can evolve toward regeneration.

Project 1: Clean Water Equity & Pollution Prevention Act

A federal policy proposal developed as part of my Master of Public Health program at Boston University, CWEPPA, addresses pesticide and microplastic pollution through an environmental justice lens. It focuses on communities disproportionately affected by agricultural runoff and advocates for incentives for regenerative farming and equitable access to clean water.

Project 2: Ethos Farm to Health

Ethos Farm to Health is a pioneering model uniting regenerative organic agriculture and lifestyle medicine under the leadership of Dr. Ron Weiss.

In 2022 and 2023, I helped organize Ethos Farm Day — large-scale community events designed to bring public health, soil health, and climate awareness into one experiential learning space.

My work supported program design, partner coordination, and public communications — connecting attendees, educators, and health professionals through stories that illustrate how food, farming, and medicine can heal together.
